At PlayCredits, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of digital goods and instant delivery, all sales are generally final. We understand that issues may arise, and we are committed to resolving them fairly. This policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.

2. Eligible Refund Situations

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • Technical failure resulting in non-delivery of purchased credits within 24 hours
  • Credits delivered to wrong account due to our system error
  • Duplicate charges for the same transaction
  • Unauthorized transactions (subject to investigation and verification)

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases: Credits successfully delivered to the correct account; Change of mind after purchase; Incorrect game account information provided by customer; Credits already used or spent in-game; Purchases made more than 48 hours ago (unless special circumstances apply). Please carefully verify all account information before completing your purchase.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team within 48 hours of purchase through your dashboard or email support@playcredits.com
  2. Provide your order number, account details, and a clear description of the issue
  3. Include any relevant screenshots or evidence supporting your claim
  4. Allow 3-5 business days for our team to investigate and respond to your request

5. Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. The exact timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed. Please note that processing times are outside our control once the refund has been initiated.

6. Disputes and Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider before contacting us, we may be unable to process a refund through normal channels. Chargebacks may result in account suspension pending investigation. We strongly encourage you to contact our support team first to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback, as we are committed to fair and prompt resolution of all legitimate concerns.
